  • IS IT SAFE TO USE A CREDIT CARD?
    All credit card transactions are protected using the PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
  • ARE TAXES INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL COST?
    All taxes are included in the total cost for the purchases made in Turkey.
  • WHICH CURRENCIES CAN I SHOP IN?
    Payments and refunds are invoiced in Turkish Liras (TRY).
  • IS THE PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?

  • IS THE SHIPPING COST INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL COST?
    It is included in the total cost however, there could be additional shipping costs for certain regions.
  • CAN THE SHIPPING ADDRESS BE CHANGED AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?
    The shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been dispatched.
  • HOW CAN I TRACK THE ORDER?
    After the order is received by the courier, you will be informed by the courier company. In order to see the status of the order, you can use the tracking number given by the courier company.
  • HOW CAN I RETURN THE ORDER?
    First, you need to get contact us at info@nnrglr.com to claim the refund. After this process is completed, you will receive a document including a return authorization number. This document is required to be printed and attached to the outside of the parcel. You have a total of 14 days from the date of delivery to return the product. The returned products are delivered to us by the courier company.
  • HOW ARE REFUNDS PROCESSED?
    After the return has been received and accepted by us, the refund will be issued to your credit card. The refundable amount includes the price of the product(s).
